Ok to leave the skin on the chicken when making curry chicken?

Also is it ok to use chicken broth and cream of chicken when making curry chicken?Ok to leave the skin on the chicken when making curry chicken?
Yes, you can leave the skin on the chicken, as long as it is clean and fully plucked.

This helps to keep the meat moist and prevents it from drying out.

Don't use any broth.

This will make the curry taste salty (and somewhat un-curry-like).

You can use the chicken stock (salt reduced) to thicken the soup.

Opt for curry leaves and curry paste instead.Ok to leave the skin on the chicken when making curry chicken?
You could leave it on, but tastes better if you don't. You can use chicken broth, but I'm not sure if I'd use cream of chicken with curry. I guess you could. The cream of chicken would just act as a thickening agen.
