If your getting in to a nursing program from a hospital as opposed to those offered in college, it could probably take around 2 years of hands on training and then some required classes like anatomy or micro bio. If your going to college to get your B.S. it'll take about 4 years maybe a bit more. It depends on location, school, all kids of things.
